The administrative building of the Emlak Konut Sports Club was approached as a project that translates a sporting institution's energy into a corporate spatial language. Hat Tasarım brought administrative offices, meeting and social areas together in a functional, modern scheme.

Colour and graphic touches reflecting the club's identity are balanced by a restrained architectural frame. Durable material choices and clear spatial organization became the project's defining elements.
