Realized in Egypt, this mall reflects Hat Tasarım's international scale of experience. With a design approach mindful of local context and climate, retail, entertainment and social functions were drawn together into a coherent spatial scheme.

Generous internal plazas, clear circulation axes and a strong facade identity form the project's backbone. From concept design to construction supervision, the process aligned closely with the client's commercial goals.
