Rize Şimal Mall

Located at the heart of Rize as one of the region's most striking retail landmarks, Şimal Mall earns a strong urban identity through its corten (weathering steel) perforated metal skin wrapped over a steel structure. Hat Tasarım developed an integrated design language spanning massing, facade detailing, internal circulation and tenant modulation.

Bringing retail, dining and social spaces under one roof, the building places user experience at its center with daylight-filled atriums, a warm material palette and clear wayfinding. The full process — from concept to turnkey delivery — was carried out under one roof.
